Departure - Tribute to Journey Concert Live at Riverview High School Performing Arts Center | Sarasota – January 08th, 2027

Riverview High School Performing Arts Center isn’t just a place for local shows, it’s a hub that’s played a quiet but vital role in nurturing arts in the community. Back in spring 2003, it was the stage for the high school vocal ensemble’s big performance series, even taking them on trips to New York City and Massachusetts, which was pretty exciting for everyone involved. Over the years, it’s become a regular home for the Florida Youth Symphony, drawing in thousands of students from nearby schools and helping to make classical music accessible and fun. The theater itself is pretty special, with an elevated gallery that gives you a killer view and better sound, kinda like watching a concert from the best seat in the house without actually being there. And honestly, it’s the kind of venue that makes you feel like every performance is a little more meaningful, which is exactly why Departure - Tribute to Journey Sarasota is thrilled to bring their iconic hits to this historic spot. If you’re into Journey or just love live music that hits you right in the feels, this is a show you won’t want to miss.
